MEET AJ LANG

 

 

My mother introduced me to yoga at a young age and it quietly transformed the course of my life. I am deeply grateful to share this practice and guide others on their own journeys.

Yoga, to me, is a moving meditation. The asanas simply deepen the experience. In Far Out classes, we cultivate both strength and stillness by anchoring ourselves in the present moment. Through conscious breath and intentional movement, we soften the mind and reconnect with a sense of inner peace to be shared beyond the mat.

I love creating fresh, dynamic flows that blend elements of the Ashtanga primary series with traditional Vinyasa, offering space to explore, expand and move with curiosity.

Far Out is an invitation to deepen and discover individually and together. An infinite practice for the mind, body and soul. And some serious fun too!
